I was thoroughly impressed with Jackie Hall and how efficiently she handled our large job. My only wish is that they were allowed to finish the project.

We had a previous flood in 2006. SERVPRO did right for us by coordinating and going to bat with the insurance company.  So when it happened again, we knew where to turn for help: SERVPRO.
